Coaching Philosophy: As a coach, I feel it is important to remember that you are there to help improve a player athletically and their fitness. While doing this you have to remember each player learns the game differently, so a coach has to find the best way to teach his/her teams’ different styles of learning. When a player leaves a practice or a game, my goal is to make sure he/she understood what I was teaching and they had fun while doing it. The only thing I ask of my players is that they are able to look in the mirror at the end of each practice or game and say, “I gave a 110% today and I left it all out on the field.”
Additional Information: Worked for Lax.com (2002-2006, 2008-2010). While there, I met some of the top coaches and players in the world. I was able to pick their brains and pick up some tips, drills, and plays to help improve a player’s game.
